My World
What I do and why I do it

Mission
I couldn't have got where I am without kind, caring, supportive people who believed in me. Being an elite athlete is a very self-centered way to live, you have to be that way. But despite this, helping others in need has long been my main purpose in life. Now I'm on the back side of my racing career, I find there's an even greater fulfillment in being a caring mother and helping people in need.
Massage Services
Fun Fact: I was a massage therapist first, which I did to finance my racing in the early years, before turning pro. Now my racing career is over and I'm a therapist again, I have learned at lot about which muscles need most treatment, both preventive and curative, and across a range of activities.

Public Speaking
I have a story to tell. A few of them, actually, and in my younger days there was drama. I was fortunate to be steered onto a more positive path. I underwent a transformation and became a champion. There's nothing special about me, I'm just somebody who was encouraged to find out what I was capable of, and I had the determination to stick with it until results came - which, believe me, was by no means immediately!

Autism
I have two wonderful, autistic, children.
My Journey with them has been rich and rewarding, and I've grown a lot living with autistic family members. I love sharing experiences, learning from others and passing on what I know.
