Gigathlon
Ju820st in case some of you guys did not look up the Gigathlon and what it is I figured I would let you know in miles what I am training for.
Day One
swim 7.75 miles, skate 19.8m, bike 62m with 3300ft of climbing, 31 miles of mountain biking with 2000ft of climbing, run 14.89 miles with 900ft of climbing. Total 2950 m of climbing.
Day Two
skate 18m, bike 72m with 8200ft of climbing, run 11m with 3000ft of climbing, swim 1.55 miles, mountain bike 33.5m with 3300ft
Day Three
bike 58m with 8000ft climbing, skating, skate 8 miles with 3100 ( this is like Alpe'du'huez to me...hehehe), run 12.4 with 3600ft, mountain bike 25.4 with 4000ft of climbing, and swim 1.86 miles.
Day Four
biking 82 miles with 5200 ft of climbing, 1.86 swim, ru 14.8 with 2400 ft of climbing, skate 9.3 miles, mountain bike 40 miles with 7600 ft of climbing
Day Five
Swim 1.55, bike 62 with 6600 ft of climbing, 24 miles mountain biking with 3300 ft climbing, 17.4 m of skating, 9.9 miles of running with 3300 ft of climbing.
Day Six
Run 12.4 with 3300 ft of climbing, 32m mountain biking with 3300 ft of climbing, skating 18.6 miles, swimming 1.86 miles, biking 65 with 7000 ft of climbing,
Day Seven
Skate 19.84 miles, swim 1.55 swim, bike 79 miles with 3800 ft, mountain biking with 5000 ft of climbing, and running 14.3 miles with 1800 ft of climbing.
This is just an estimate to what I will be doing. Since we are all in miles and ft here in the states I needed to convert some of this over. Now I am really scared!
