Pitt Boss

I may not have spelled this correctly, but it's my early birthday gift to myself. I grew up smelling like BBQ smoke and love a good steak. Recently, I was offered a steak that turned out to be the best I've had in a long time, cooked on a Pit Boss. Since that day, I've wanted one and finally bought it at Walmart, dragging it through the store to the register as the barcode was a sticker. I was determined to get it before changing my mind. i had to load it and unload it alone but worth it!!!

First read the instructions, I did look at the pictures and that was enough. Somehow i got it going and cooked the shit out of my steaks but they tasted good. The house is full of smoke as it was too close to the back door. I stink like smoke and need a shower. My kids even asked if the house was on fire but it's not. Just brings me back to the good old days of smoking meat. I will take advice and recipes on smokers..... I love cooking.
